Problems Tuning In?

Are you having problems listening to our radio? Well you have came to the right place. The best idea to try and fix the problem is to clear the cache.

For I.E users, Click 'Tools' at the top on the browser and then 'Internet Options' . Once you have done that, clear your cookies there.
For Firefox users, If your using Mozilla Firefox Browser, click 'Tools' then click 'Options' . Then, choose 'Security' followed by 'Show Cookies' . Here should be an option called 'Remove All Cookies' .

If you are using Firefox and clearing the cache doesn't work, try reinstalling the Windows Media Player plugin by clicking here. I had the same problem myself and this fixed it!

If you are a Mac user then we advise you to use our flash player, as your Mac will not support windows media player. This can be accessed by clicking here.

If you are still having trouble tuning in then try using an external program on your computer to tune in with. The links for this can be found below, just click the image that corresponds to the program on your PC.
